Grilled sirloin steak (120g) topped with massaman curry, cashew nut and fried shallots (N)

Thai Green curry of seafood with courgette, aubergine, butternut squash and sweet basil leaves

Pan-fried salmon steak topped with dried red curry, coconut cream & kaffir lime leaves

Stir-fried sliced roast duck with basil leaves, mushrooms, peppers and red chilli (G)

Stir-fried tofu with onions, pineapples, cucumber, and capsicum, spring onion in sweet and sour sauce

Stir-fried pork with black fungus, fresh mushrooms, onions, spring onions in sweet and sour sauce V
